This service is available as an annual subscription and provides free upgrades of Easy-IP software plus expert technical support from our engineers.

Software Updates

Subscribers are entitled to download any software updates that are released, including both minor and major releases at no additional charge.

Rapid Assistance

Online Technical Support provides technical assistance on an annual contract basis for one designated contact person. Initial response time is usually within 4 hours. However, 85% of enquiries are resolved the same day.

Personalised Service

Unlike many companies, we don't send automated responses that usually don't help you much. Each support request is carefully read by our support staff and often discussed with the development team to give you the most comprehensive answer possible.

New Features & Extra Functionality

In addition, subscribers have the flexibility to submit feature requests to be included in future releases. This means you get an IP management product closely tailored to your specific requirements, without the upfront investment in time and resources.

Renewal Terms

The Annual Support Subscription is valid for 12 months from the initial date of purchase and must be renewed within 30 days of the due date to qualify for free upgrades.

However, if the Annual Support Subscription has elapsed for longer than 30 days, then the renewal fee will be backdated to the anniversary of the original purchase date, to ensure continuous service.
